Billing

Your card will not be debited until just prior to the goods being shipped so in the unlikely event of you wishing to cancel there is no need for refunds etc. although once the goods have been billed and shipped standard terms and conditions apply.
Your statement will show the billing as MEO with no reference to the type of product that you have ordered.

Shipping

All our orders are shipped out in plain wrapping such as brown paper, Jiffy bags, boxes or courier wallets with no reference to our company or the contents. We use several methods for shipping of goods such as Royal Mail first class recorded or UPS courier. Special delivery is available for an extra charge.

Delivery

meo-team ship orders from stock and orders are shipped at the earliest time possible usually the next working day. Most orders are full filled within 3-5 working days. If a product has gone out of stock your personal account section will show that the item is on order and it will allow you to keep track of your order status at any time 24 hours a day.
If we can not get the goods into stock within 10 working days the status will be posted as back ordered and if you wish to have any remaining items shipped early and the item out of stock shipped later that can be arranged (with no further shipping costs) or you can simply cancel that item. Please expect delivery of your order within 28 days.

Privacy

We are very concerned about our customers privacy and as a rule do not send email marketing to our customers or pass any details onto third parties. Any information collected and stored is used primarily for the purpose of supplying goods. For full details please read our privacy statement.

Complaints

In the unlikely event you feel that you have a complaint MEO will take any complaint very seriously. In the first instance please contact customer services either by phone (+49 2366 500 500) or email if you prefer. We aim to respond with an acknowledgement of any complaint within the next working day often sooner but in all cases a response will be given within 5 working days. Any complaint will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.You will be kept informed of the progress of your complaint either by email or by phone until it can be resolved.
